What data we process

We process the information given on the contact form: name, phone number, email address (optional), the selected service and the content of the message.

To prevent misuse of the form, the server creates a hash of the sender’s IP address and keeps it for no more than 24 hours. The IP address itself is not stored.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and carry out the work ordered. Processing is based on steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in handling customer communication.

Retention

We keep enquiries for no more than 12 months, unless a customer relationship or a statutory obligation, such as accounting legislation, requires a longer period.

Recipients and transfers

The data is processed by the website hosting provider and the email service provider (Google). Use of the email service may involve transferring data outside the EU and EEA; such transfers follow the transfer mechanisms of the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not sell the data or disclose it for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The website stores your cookie choice in a necessary cookie. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. More information and the cookie settings are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, and to object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Send your request to info@lukkoseppa24.fi.
